About Formatlawrence Concrete and How Referrals Work
Who We Are
Formatlawrence Concrete is a referral service for new concrete driveways, stamped surfaces and patios. We connect homeowners in Concord and the Concord area with independent local providers. We do not pour, finish or repair concrete. The providers do.
Why We Exist
Concrete rewards planning. Once it is poured, the result is set. Errors in slope, base prep or timing stay in the slab for years.
Most homeowners get one shot at a new driveway or patio. The first quote they see is rarely compared with anything. Formatlawrence Concrete exists to change that. We explain the pour-to-cure timeline and help you line up estimates with the specs side by side.
What a Solid Plan Looks Like
A good concrete plan is written down. It names the thickness of the slab, the base material and the reinforcement. It shows where the joints go and which way water will run. It also says when you can walk on the surface, when you can park on it and when the cure is done.
If an estimate leaves these things out, ask about them. A clear provider will be glad to explain.
How Providers Are Matched
You send a request or Request a callback. You describe the job: surface type, rough size, finish and timing. The request goes to a provider in the network that handles that kind of work near you.
Availability varies by provider. Request a callback to check who can take your project.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers in the network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Hold any license or insurance local rules require
- Give written estimates
- Explain the plan in plain terms: base depth, reinforcement, joints, finish, sealing and cure schedule
- Answer questions without pressure
Providers set their own prices, schedules and warranties.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not do the concrete work.
- We do not set prices or choose your provider.
- We do not pressure anyone to book.
- We do not handle emergency fixes. Concrete driveway repair and foundation repair experts are separate trades. This site focuses on new concrete flatwork.
How We Are Paid
Providers in the network may pay a referral fee for qualified calls. Homeowners are not charged by Formatlawrence Concrete to ask for an estimate. What you pay for the job is set between you and the provider. Costs vary by size, site and finish, so always get the price in writing.
