How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Formatlawrence Concrete wants every person who contacts it to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Formatlawrence Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If Your Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Then let us know as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Formatlawrence Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Filing a Complaint
Email contact@formatlawrence.surf and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short summary of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Submit
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which can include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not settle the matter, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
